Buan Press is a new publishing company that seeks to help people to feel better connected, to places, and to other people.

Buan is named after the ancient Celtic term buan, meaning enduring, long lasting, and the Old English phrase that means both to live, to dwell, to be in a place, and to make, to build.

Buan has been set up to create beautiful books that capture the spirit of place, and to bring to life places that people care about.
