Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services securely to you.

We take great care to present our books and related products accurately on our website. However, colours, textures and materials may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device’s settings or lighting conditions.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product purchased will meet your personal expectations or exactly match any images shown online.
All descriptions, editions and availability of our books are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or to limit quantities available for sale.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order with Buan Press, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we send you an email acknowledging acceptance.
Payment must be successfully received and processed before your order can be accepted and dispatched. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been processed.
If we are unable to accept, modify, or fulfil your order, we will contact you via the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You confirm that any products you purchase are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price shown at the time of your order will be the price you pay, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery or international customs charges. Any additional import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

(ii) you are authorised to use the chosen payment method,
(iii) all charges will be honoured by your card issuer or payment provider, and

SECTION 5 - PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
From time to time, Buan Press runs promotions and offers on selected books and other products. Qualifying offers will either be automatically applied to your order, or you will be instructed on how to redeem it via a voucher code – on your order form, at checkout on the website, or when you place your order by telephone. All of our promotional offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Offers are only valid on the products specified and cannot be used on sale or promotional items which are already discounted, unless otherwise stated.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
Offers are valid for a limited period of time, as specified in the marketing communication in print or on the website; they cannot be used outside of that period.
Offers are not valid on limited editions (unless otherwise stated) or delivery charges.
If you apply a voucher to an order which exceeds the value of that order, we cannot reimburse the difference.
All orders are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We take care to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Buan Press is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION AND RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We make every effort to describe our books and other products accurately and produce them to the highest possible standards.
The Buyers should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that a book you receive is imperfect or damaged in transit, Buyers should notify the Seller within 5 days of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. Where a claim of defect or damage is made then the goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement goods if the goods are found to be defective.
Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return along with your name, address and your order number. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund or replacement.

The Buan Press website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly between you and Buan Press.
By using our website, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any part of the sales process, including product availability, fulfilment, delivery, or customer service.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your transactions with Buan Press.
